Each size available for – Open truck loading
– Enclosed truck loading
– Open and Enclosed truck loading
– Extension length from 1m to 5m
Special chute with larger diameters and longer extension lengths are available.

Standard Features:

Neoprene coated, wear resistant boot material ensures long life.
Tilt switches level probe to control the loading.
Slack cable limit switches and rotary limit switches to control the extension length.
Automatic self-raising for open truck type.
All hardware components are rust proofed or in stainless steel to ensure long life.
Housing is sandblasted and powder coated with epoxy paint to protect against corrosion.

Optional Features:

Internal Telescopic cones or cylinders for long extension spouts.
High temperature resistant boot material.
Bottom shut off cone to prevent product dribbling when chute is raised.
Pneumatic or electric vibrators.
Various types of level sensing to suit special loading product.
Pneumatic thrower for single hatch container.
Integral filter with dust extraction fan.
