MECAL FIXED VACUUM SYSTEMS

MACHINES – 5.5 to 300 Kw – Electric/Diesel, Mobile/In-Plant.
CAPACITIES – To 100 THP, over long distances and heights.
PERFORMANCE – Mecal exclusive 5500 and 8000mm.Water Column, continuously rated Pumps produce performances which allow them to undertake tasks, not previously considered possible by Vacuum, at a faster rate and lower cost. They are also self cleaning, should a blockage occur – where in the case of fans, for example, the pipe work must be dismantled for cleaning.
FILTRATION – Exclusive up to 7 stage filtration. All machines are certificated to discharge into the atmosphere no more than 30% the allowable limit of dangerous materials, so they may be used in a workshop environment.
MAINTENANCE – Mecal machines are designed to have minimum running or general maintenance. All filter cleaning is automatic.
SAFETY – The machines are protected against accidental damage/overheat/overfill and have visual fault finding indicators. No change-over procedure is required for Dry to Wet applications.
INTERCEPTORS – Large number of standard and special types are available to suit any requirement in the handling of materials.
HOSES, PIPES & TOOLS – All ancillaries offered by Mecal have been designed or sourced after extensive investigations to prove their efficiency and reliability. They are an essential part of the overall performance of a System.
