VACUUM LOADER VACTRAILER DIESEL – TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
Basic version, ready for operation, on a ground frame ready for mounting onto a carrier.
Collector body, volume approximately 6m³, collection capacity approximately 3.5m³, inclined floor, two tailgates with lock, compartment for fine dust.
Filter system, high-performance pocket filter of PTFE coated polyester needle felt, reverse jet filter cleaning, maintenance doors on the side of the unit.
Vacuum pump system, air cooled positive displacement pump, 50% vacuum, pump/motor frame on vibration dampeners, vacuum breaker, 3 exhaust silencers, 1 intake silencer, return check valve to prevent reverse rotation of the vacuum pump when cutting off suction plant.
Diesel engine, water cooled, 154KW power, turbo-charged, 6 cylinders. Compressor integrated in engine lubrication system. V-belt transmission, exhaust system, 200 l fuel tank. Battery 24 Volt, Perkin or Cummins Engine as per client’s choice.
Electric control, in metal sheet housing, protection class IP 55, starter device, automatic rpm setting, gauges for the engine monitoring, gauges for the vacuum pump monitoring, protection devices for oil level and overheating, automatic motor stop, operating voltage 24 V.
Sound proofing cover, weather proof, 3 side doors for maintenance, sound proofing lining of mineral wool, labyrinth ducts for aeration.
Included in our supply is an instruction manual, wiring diagram and spares list.
